Fashionably Greek will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise for exchange. In addition to exchanges, Fashionably Greek offers store credit for full priced items only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email or phone (251.490.3265) to receive an exchange authorization number within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification to indicate that your store credit is available. Simply log into your account after you receive your notification and use your store credit at checkout. You store credit will be in the amount of your purchase minus Fashionably Greek's shipping cost.
The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Items that show evidence of wear
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale priced items
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. This includes the return shipping cost back to Fashionably Greek and the return shipping cost from Fashionably Greek back to the customer.
Fashionably Greek offers free shipping to customer if the minmum purchase amount is met. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, subject to product availability. Custom orders will ship within 14-21 days depending on the order quanitity. Inventory fluctuates which may delay your ship date. Orders are normally shipped by the United States Post Service and we offer the expedited shipping options as well. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier or weather incidents. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders if shipping method changes or requested after order is placed.
Customer must notify Seller at time of purchase if a signature is required for residential deliveries. Seller is not liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.
